Pros:
The car was very nice but there was a tiny, barely perceptible dent on the underside of the car which I didn't notice when collecting the car and wasn't noted on the contract. When I returned the car Greg insisted on recording it, despite the inconsequential nature of the dent (he actually had real trouble taking a photo to record the damage). In hindsight I was foolish for thinking that without the CDW they would act in a fair manner and and goodwill I had for Hertz is now gone.4.4 Mediocre

It was automatic like I paid for.Cons:
If I wanted a van, I would of paid for a van. The reason I used hertz was because they had a good deal on a smaller car which I wanted to drive the small roads of northern UK. When I picked up the car the worker didn't even mention that I was being given a minivan. I went back to him after I saw the car was a minivan and he said that there was nothing he could do. Very rude and dishonest service. The car also had garbage in it from the previous host.9.2 Wonderful

I didn´t like that Hertz charged me more than my reservation. I made a complaint but neither Hertz nor Car Rentals would do anything about it. They´ve also charged for something I dind´t asked for.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I rented a car on august 29th at 10am and I left after work to pick it up. Reservation was canceled and I was told there was nothing that could be done. Hertz is pointing to Kayak and did not try to help me in any way. I will not book through Kayak again. I lost my money and had to take an expensive Uber to Stansted AirportNational
