The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.Cons:
Pick up takes more than half hour even it’s was not busy, agent was very slow. The car was luxury but was dirty from inside, the floor mats dirty.8.0 Very Good

Your site has failed my trust. You sold me a Allianz Global Assistance insurance. Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me. Your company is promoting misleading insurance products, you are deceiving customers2.0 Poor

Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking8.0 Very Good

They gave us a bad car their is a problem on the wheels when we call them they refused to come and change they ask us to come for them. No service was provided and they ask us to prepare the wheel of the car they didn't come for us.2.0 Poor

I did not get my booked car, the guy said he doesn't have any available car for me for one day rent, he also started that it is not his problem and it is Kayak problem. During my wait and discussion he supplied other costumers with cars. They put me and my kids in uncomfortable situation. I will no use them again.Avec Car Rental
