Horrible weather at my pick up location so arrived 90 minutes early as I had a ride then - no problem, really appreciated.Cons:

Pros:
The men at the pick up office in Toronto was very accommodating and friendly. I received an upgrade based on my needs (I didn’t realize I couldn’t rent a GPS for a one way trip) so he offered to print a map...then suggested I take another vehicle which had an navigation system included...., things kind of fell into place and I really appreciated that.Cons:
In person the service was excellent. But it was impossible to get answers on the phone prior to pick up which would have eliminated some unknowns and some stress. When trying to reach the pick up office directly I was put through to a main hotline and received no help or useful information, which would have helped my trip go smoother.10.0 Wonderful

The enterprise worker worked their best to slove every issue that was caused by the computer.Cons:
I especially ordered the full size sedan but Kayak send in SUV reservation to enterprise. Which I'm not allow to lease given my age. There is no full size left and I was paid higher price and stuck with a dirty lightweight not roadside safe compact SUV for a day. I couldn't even fit in my family and couldnt get it onto hwy. $100 wasted.2.0 Poor

The pick up and return process were quick. It's an easy walk to/from Union Station and the City Island airport (even dragging around a 50 lb suitcase.)Cons:
Finding the car in the garage and then finding my way out were not great. The "out" door was broken. And it would have been helpful to have someone do a quick overvue of the car.2.0 Poor

Service on Billy Bishop is OK, people at counter are nice, car drove well./Cons:
Hertz charged me first when booking through Kayak, than they charged me hold and additional money when renting a car and lastly they charged me another mysterious amount for no reason whatsoever. Still waiting for them to clarify but I do not expect to use their services ever again.7.6 Good

Due to the fact that Hertz is the only car rental company at this physical airport location and the fact that it is incredibly small, it was easy to return the car.Cons:
The fact that this location is located on the actual airport island, you need to ensure you have time to cross over on the ferry with your car. Also due to the incredibly small size of this Hertz location, they don't always have cars. I had to wait an hour and a half in the airport after I landed to wait for a car to arrive. Only bonus was my "compact" car was upgraded to a luxury rental based on whatever was driven back and ready to go.5.2 Fair
