I have to say that I rent with enterprise for the past 4 years and yes got few managers in they bad day but other than that is a excellent company with excellent customer serviceCons:

Cons:
Service from an employee who appeared rushed, despite no one being around. Different messages being delivered about availability of car, time of booking, etc. No real commitment about final cost. No walk around the car...no proper receipt for payment...2.0 Poor

They have fun cars. You don't see turbocharged cars too often at other agencies.Cons:
They just hand you the keys, no car walk around with the customer is done. On returning the car I walked into the office and very audibly said good afternoon directly to the face of the customer service gentleman who was busy typing he didnt return the greeting plus took close to a minute to acknowledge me. At other agencies I would have immediately recieved an acknowledgement. Customer service and manners are a big deal for me. The exterior and interior of the office are also badly in need of some sprucing up. The car was also pricey compared to other rental agencies in the area.2.0 Poor

I feel that the booking online wasn’t clear. I thought the price I paid online was great, but when I showed up at the site, the insurance wasn’t included. (I thought I had paid for that online) There were people behind me and I didn’t have time then to check out other options, so I had to pay the current price they had for insurance, which pretty much doubled my price of the rental. So I wasn’t too pleased when I showed up to pick up the car and discovered my car rental cost pretty much doubled for the 5 days that I rented the car :(4.0 Mediocre

Price was not what we were quoted - we changed pickup locations and the price jumped from $199CDN for three days to $288CDN for three days, but we were not informed of this until we were nearly finished with check in. This is an egregious oversight. Also, windows were dirty inside (foot prints on the passenger side windshield...). Pickup took a long time as they were quite busy with only two people working the counter. Very unhappy with all of the above, especially the attitude of the counter clerk when I questioned the price. He pointed to the computer screen and said this is what the contract says. I pointed to my printout and said this is what my contract says. Eventually we gave in because we needed transportation and we had a wedding to get to. We feel cheated.10.0 Wonderful
