We prepaid for a Tesla 3 and spent $100 more than a regular car, but instead were assigned a small Mustang that didn’t fit our group of 4 plus bags. Payless said Expedia requested a small sports car. We would up being charged $200 extra for a Cadillac sedan in terrible shape (broken parts in interior). Called Expedia and they took a week to say that since we agreed to pay the fee (we had no choice, needed a car) we would not be refunded fed any money. We will never use Kayak or Expedia again after paying close to $700 for a five day rental of the worst car we’ve ever rented. Original price through Hertz was $380 and we are sure it would have been a nisl nice rental car. Miserable experience where we were misled and overcharged.Reviewed 14 Oct 2024

Very slow service for picking car up. Only had 1 person helping a line of 20 people. It took 1.5 hours to get a car with 5 people ahead of me. Car had trash in glove compartment and empty soda bottle underneath seat. I understand it is busy season but seriously the wait along with trash not worth the savings. They had 1 person working and took about 15 minutes to check in each customer. The line was wrapped around the lobby. It took longer to fly than it did to wait in the line. We and others eventually had to leave without picking up our car. They probably do this on purpose. Do not rent from them even if the price looks right!!! Everything about this experience, aside from the employees assisting us, was absolutely abysmal. - The wait to check in was over an hour and the desk was terribly understaffed (a single person the entire time). - The wait to get to the vehicles was also over an hour, in a poorly organized area and combined with Budget and Avis rentals. Again, the team was terribly understaffed but competent, patient, and helpful. - The wait to have the vehicle checked (for what, I am still not sure) was unnecessary and could be consolidated when provisioning the vehicles or at the exit gate. - The wait to exit the garage was also unnecessarily long. As you just read, there were four separate lines that everyone was required to be a part of and limited staff to support an easily planned for influx in rentals. This was a failing of organization and planning on both the airport and Avis/Budget/Payless.Reviewed 23 Oct 2023
