Pros:Car was cleanCons:Dollar was closed. Waited 1.5 hours for Thrifty to process. Ended up with Thrifty getting us a Hertz car with over 50,000 miles. Over billed and settling problems with my credit card company. Tried to call customer support for Dollar. The wait on line was horrendous.Reviewed 6 May 2021

Pros:drop off was easy and Thrudty counter agent was good.Cons:I was in line for 3 hours to get the car. only 2 agents serving all Dollar and Thrifty customers. car was not comfortable. hit with a plethora of extra charges above my pre pay amount.Reviewed 3 May 2021

Pros:NothingCons:It took 3 hours to get the rental car and that’s with a reservation. At PHX there was literally 100 people in line at one point. Customer service was slow and non existent. No body should ever rent from here. Stay far away. Even if you’re looking to save money it’s not worth it!!!Reviewed 2 May 2021

Pros:Fairly good value. Staff person was as helpful as he could be under a very difficult check-in procedure (explained below). Check out was super easy.Cons:When we first got to Dollar to get our car their check-out area was closed. One person was at a desk and told us to get in the line for Thrifty. That line stretched on forever, some people half-way to the front had been in line for 2 hours. We got in that line. Dollar decided to open up and we were a part of a new line for Dollar only. It still took us 2 1/2 hours to get checked in. Getting a car took longer than our flight. A terrible experience which will discourage us from renting from Dollar again.Reviewed 21 Apr 2021

Pros:There were no staff at the Dollar kiosk. It was closed. Easy drop offCons:The Dollar kiosk was roped off and no employees were there. Just a sign telling me to check in at the Thrifty kiosk. The line at the Thrifty kiosk was hundreds of people long! There was only 2 employees to check everyone in. Took 3 and 1/2 hrs to get to the clerk to check in. By then there were hundreds more people lined up behind me. I am handicapped and had to stand on cement the whole time with no way to go the bathroom or get something to drink. No employees came out to explain the ridiculous situation. Took me 3 days to recover physically. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!Reviewed 21 Apr 2021
