Customer no- serviceCons:The reservation was made in my name, upon arrival I wanted to switch it to my husbands name so he could be the primary driver. They wouldn’t make that happen without adding an additional $13 per day to my bill. I was willing to be taken off the contract, but no. Did not have my reservationPros:When I arrived st the Vancouver Hertz, they could not find any reservation from me. I couldn't locate the email confirmation.
