Worst experience everPros:Nothing. Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Never again will I rent a vehicle here.Cons:Hello, I rented a car to take a road trip to North Dakota for my sisters wedding and to take a mini vacation, before heading back Monday night/Tuesday morning of the following week. I received a 2017 Chevy Impala as my first (of a total of 3) vehicles. I arrived in Bowman, ND just fine around 1 am Mountain time on Friday 6/2/17. When I got back in the car, around 10am, that same morning, I noticed the low pressure censor, had come on. I checked the pressure and added the appropriate amount of air (40 PSIs). and continued on with my day. Later that day, the PSI censor came back on and stayed on. I called the road side assistance number was was told there was nothing anyone could do for me because I was greater than 180 miles from the next Enterprise location (Bismarck, ND). I was stuck with a vehicle I couldn't use without wrecking the rim. I was told to try to drive the vehicle to Bismarck and get a new vehicle, cutting my trip 2 days short. I refused to miss my sister wedding because of this, so I didn't drive the car at all, instead I had to borrow someone else's vehicle instead to run around for last minute wedding stuff. Finally, Sunday morning comes along and I drive to vehicle to Bismarck like I was told to do. A drive (From Bowman, ND to Fargo, ND) that should have taken just under 3 hours, took me 5 1/2 hours, because I had to keep stopping to check the tire pressure and add air. In Bismarck, I was given a 2016 Jeep Patriot, which WAS NOT comparable to the Impala I was originally given. I wasn't trying to spend 3x the amount of gas. I still had a 10+ hour drive ahead of me. The Patriot I received was 1,000 miles over on an oil change AND didn't have any window wash liquid for the wipers at all. It was filthy. It looked as if the vehicle was returned and NO ONE looked over it. It was nasty. and terrible on gas!!! I called and talked to Jonathan at the Road Side number (Badge number E341sb). Jonathan was AMAZING, no wonder this man is a team lead. He did EVERYTHING and ANYTHING he could do to help me out. This man deserve so recognition. THANKS AGAIN JONATHAN!!!!!!!! I was advised to stop in Fargo (another 2 1/2 hours) and traded the vehicle in AGAIN!! I got a 2017 Cadillac XTS, which I loved this vehicle and returned back to green bay with it. I had to cut my trip short (2 days) and miss out on seeing things that I had planned to see while I was on my trip, miss out on wedding things (because of the endless phone calls I had to make to Enterprise). This isn't the first time that I have had a vehicle thru enterprise and the first time, there were issues as well. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN!! I am very unhappy with the way the situation was handled. If it weren't for Jonathan, I may still be stuck in Bowman. Worst experience ever!!!!Reviewed 7 Jun 2017

Cons:The way the Employees in Green Bay Straubel Airport treated me was okay. Usually don't write letters but my experience with the Green Bay facility was very poor. information was left out until after the card was swiped, along with a phone call to the Green Bay East facility. Tried calling about a car and all the gentlemen there wanted to do was argue about a whether I have a credit card or not. Didn't appreciate having to deal with that while I had everything else going on.Reviewed 21 Feb 2017

Great carPros:I liked that it was roomy and it drove well and got great gas mileage.Cons:I didn't like that when I picked it up, it had a spider crack in the windshield as well as many scrapes on the hood, bumper and rear driver side doors. Also, when I drove it off the lot, it was almost full and said 389 miles but when I returned it full, it said 520 miles. I lost out on over 100 miles!Reviewed 5 Nov 2016
