I liked the roominess of the vehicle. The ability to connect my Android device to the HUD via bluetooth or USB was very helpful.Cons:
I don't love the RAV4's Ecoboost(?) feature. It felt like the car stalled at every stoplight, and the gas pedal wasn't very responsive then would jump after pressing hard.9.2 Wonderful

Rented car through kayak and had a check box for insurance. But turned out that the insurance was not through the car rental co. Not some 3rd partyCons:

The staff in Appleton were very helpful and friendly. I ended up there very late due to flight cancelationsa and they waited up for me.Cons:
When I signed up for a car rental, I was led to Appleton even though I wanted to rent at Greenbay airport. Fortunately, I ended up flying into Appleton because of cancelation of Detroit to Greenbay flight. Unfortunately, ALamo wouldn't let me drop the car off at GreenBay for my return flight. for some ridiculous reason, I had to drive the car 25 miles south to Appleton and turn around and drive back to GreenBay with the same car. Otherwise the cost of my car would have gone up by 300%. this is the kind of coporate lack of common sense that makes it very inconvenient for customers. I didn't appreciate having to add 50 miles and one hour to my drive to the airport.Avis

Very nice staff. When I landed it was fast and perfect. I was nervous using a keyless fob on the edge I rented but the fellow at the desk... it was his third week and he was a delight! Said don’t worry! I can walk out and give you a quick lesson if you feel uncomfortable. No need for extra help and his instructions were clear and helpful. Will rent again in Appleton for our sons wedding in February 2020. Thanks very much7.2 Good

Staff was great, pickup and drop off was easy, car was fine except some gum and contact lense cases in the middle of the front seats on the floor.Cons:
Know what type of insurance your credit cards have, what you bought online from priceline or wherever, and make sure that they don't overlap your coverage at the front counter. The insurance ends up costing as much as the car.7.6 Good
