My trip was supposed to cost $1214.33. Budget receipt showed a charge of $1278.83. My amex charge to Budget was 1478.83. Budget agent said $200.00 would be credited to my Amex Card. That leaves $68.50 that Budget overcharged me.Reviewed 1 Apr 2024

They didn't accept Affirm for payment but on your website you guys said I was able to use Affirm at check I was very disappointed with Kayak . I doubt that I'll ever use your company again . Getting told at check out that budget doesn't accept Affirm as payment really put a strain on my trip !!!!Reviewed 5 Mar 2024

It was a good rental. The only problem we had was after flight delay and we landed in Key West the Budget rental booth was closed! We had to go to the Hertz booth to rent a car to get us to our house.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024

Pros:Drop off was easy.Cons:The first car was difficult to get as they had rented all their cars in Key West, so we had to wait several hours. The car they gave us broke down and had to be returned.Reviewed 1 May 2021
