Will never use them again. It took 90 minutes to get through the check out line. Over one hundred people waiting in line for 4-5 agents who took 10-15 minutes per person. The absolute worst and slowest customer service I have ever seen. Their employees truly did not care.Reviewed 10 Apr 2024

Had to switch cars 3 times because the first two had a tire pressure problem and the under carriage was scraping the road when we were driving. Did not feel safe. Finally switched it to a 3rd car and it was okay. They don’t check the cars before hand and didn’t even send us any e-mail receipt or confirmation until we had to call several times for it. Couple times we called customer service the employee was rude and no help. Will not be using budget in the future.Reviewed 23 Mar 2024

II ordered a car for 12:00, I picked it up at 16:00. because there were no cars. I did not order an electric car, after 4 hours of waiting the service representative told me that he only had an electric car for me. The car had a damaged charging indicator. The process to pick up the vehicle took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The line at the airport was 70 customers deep. From there, you had to shuttle to a garage. The process was long and cumbersome. The employee at the counter “Ron” was excellent. Extremely friendly.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024

First rental at Memphis, they were sold out of cars despite having a reservation. Then they told me they would call in the morning and never did. I ended up having to use a ride share everywhere. Then I went to pick up a car at DFW. DFW is a 24 hour rental center. There was no one at the rental counter or in the Budget lot. I ended up having to rent from another company.Reviewed 27 Feb 2024

Staff were friendly and cordial. The main problem was the amount of time from start to finish was far too long! I arrived at the counter at 12midnigjt. The line was out the door, and I didn’t leave rental car lot until 1:30AM. There were only 2 desk workers to assist the long line of customers.Reviewed 21 Feb 2024

Great except for pick up. Only 2 reps at pick up counter and perhaps slow computers or communication. Wait time 35 minutes. I found car but there were 2 renters in it because of. some mixup. However, a kind employee directed me to another car. When I drove to return car, GPS had the pick up address instead of return address, hence making my time to airport terminal shortened. Plus I had to stop a car at the pickup area and ask if the person knew the way to the return area. Seems Google has never changed the address problem in their App. WHY??I had the same experience a year ago. Most discouraging!!!Reviewed 30 Nov 2023
