Pros:NothingCons:Disclaimer: we did not get the car so we are only reviewing the agency behavior and policy. We initially scheduled the car pickup at 3PM since our next flight was delayed we called the agency to let them know we wouldn’t be able to pick it up on the same day but would come the next day. We did not ask for any price discount or anything, just to inform them. The person we spoke to enquired about the time we would come in on the next day, I asked whether any time was better, he simply replied no, was just to have an idea. We left it there. On the next day, we show up at half past noon, the person at the counter (Seemed to be the agency manager) tells us that he’d given the car to someone else. We then go on to explain the misunderstanding, there was no misunderstanding at all, he was aware of the full situation, just that the price for that rental had doubled up on time. Lame attitude all along, did not try to give us a call, nor produce any apologies or offer a discount on the last available car, which turns out was the same category as the one we booked. Overall really bad experience, I do not recommend because of this incompetent manager.Reviewed 18 Mar 2020
