Make sure your clients know where cars can be droppedPros:I liked the car and the price. The ease of ordering was nice too.Cons:We had one heck of a time trying to get this car dropped off. There wasn't a Thrifty in Destin Florida that was open and we were told on the phone by customer service that we could not drop off at a Dollar or Hertz only to find out that the Dollar location could easily accept a Thrifty rental. It is a great benefit for clients to be able to drop off at many locations if needed. This should be conveyed to the customer.Reviewed 15 Oct 2018
