The car was great and available for us at the airport.Cons:
The counter was very slow. It took 45 minutes in the line with 2 customers. Checkin could have been a lot better. Also they told us we can fill up gas at airport station when we return the car. When we got there to return car- the gas station was closed.4.0 Mediocre

She did not help me with directions at all. She gave me rental car that was far from satisfactory (Citroen).Hertz
