The 2021 kia mini van i rented for 11 days was just awfully dirty !! I kid you not. It smelled like a cat sprayed the rear of the vehicle. I had to purchase car freshener for 10 days, still the smell was unbearable. The front driver tire pressure was set at 74psi, when I received the vehicle, which i found very odd. The next day the same tire went down to 15psi. I had to pay $ 22.00 to repair the leak in the tire. That was a trick the enterprise person in charge of fleet maintenance did to over inflate tire so i would get stuck with repairs the next day !!! Karma will prevail...10.0 Wonderful

The man who helped us at pickup was really nice and helpful. He even allowed us to drop the car off at the airport due to us having to wait a little bit because he was helping someone else, which wasn't inconvenient for us. Excellent customer service.Cons:

Pros:
The staff was very friendly. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and received a Honda CRV. I would not have mentioned it, but it was specific that it was a Wrangler to enjoy the environment on this vacation. Our flight was late, so they cancelled the Jeep and gave it to someone else after two hours. Nowhere does it say after two hours your car is cancelled ( I would’ve called if I knew this information). They did not call to confirm.10.0 Wonderful

We waited over 1 hr in line for this car. Then they gave us a cat and then said, oh no you have to wait another 30 minutes for another car. This one is rented! -1 1/2 hrs wait to leave Thrifty. We missed our dinner RSVP. Terrible service at the counter. terrible!10.0 Wonderful

Had to get a $15 cab ride because their shuttle operation. Was not in service. I tried to modify my rental and they did not answer the phone, I dropped off the car and they were not open during their posted hours. Their website said they had no cars available when in reality they were closed for business. I simple phone call could have sufficed. They could have had someone to answer phone calls remotely even if they were closed.3.2 Poor

The customer service was extremely four and we truly did not like any part of the interaction with Payless car rental.Cons:
The customer service representative was extremely rude. We waited literally an hour and a half in line because every customer was taking about a half an hour to process. We were asked to present our entire car insurance policy to the representative in order to rent the car. No one brings their entire insurance policy with them, and they required it which was why the line took so long. I finally had to call my car insurance back in the states and have them send me my entire plan so that I could show the representative. They also forced us to buy a tollway pass for 60 extra dollars because they lied and said that we couldn’t pay with cash to get through the tolls. Worst car rental service I have ever experienced.3.6 Poor
