The rental pickup and drop off was extremely easy. The communication with the personnel was smooth. They were very helpful and attentive. And I greatly appreciated their text reminders. I have to say - this has been one of best experiences with renting a car. Thank you!
The drop off was crazy! On the email I tried both addresses and 1 address was closed and the other address sent me to a different part of town. I tried calling the phone numbers and no one answered.
I loved that they noticed the fuel tank was not full and they discounted the fuel charge on my bill.

On pickup the attendant looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. The car was kinda beat up - little dings and scratches along with some damaged trim. The car was old enough that it didn't have compatibility with Apple Carplay or Android Auto- an exceptionally basic car for what we paid. I understand that it's the peak of vacation season in PR, but this car was not what I had in mind when I rented. Lesson learned.

The first car they gave me broke down in less than 3 hours of driving to my air bnb, it was as if they didn’t even check to make sure the car was in working condition. But they did get me a new car right away. Just sucks that I wasted an entire day of my vacation stuck on the side of the road waiting for them to pick it up.
They didn’t have a car for me. The customer service at the station was awful. The young lady at the desk couldn’t have cared less about the fact they had no car, despite me booking one. The main depot didn’t even answer the phone to her so she could get an update. I eventually walked out after I was an hour late after my booking time, with no car. So disgusted. I am an ex Avis employee so it’s even worse!
