Nothing I’ve never got my refund back because they told me they didn’t have any cars available for me after I payed for the reserved fee which was 44$ dollarsCons:
Communication!!! And tell there employe not to send us to voicemail !! After the machine told me your wait time is 0 minutes next thing u know they send me to voice mail I was sooo upset it was my birthday weekend... I hate this service !!! Never got my money back and never got the car rental because they said they were sold out4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
Nothing at all. Bait and switch. Made the reservation for $168, got to PR the car cost $500. They refused to accept my military full coverage auto insurance. Manager was dismissive and rudeCons:
Car was extremely over price. $500 for manually doors and windows. AC Bartley worked. Took over an hour to pick up rental even though I had a reservation. I rented through EZ Rental but Every was processed thru Allied. Horrible experience. I’d2.0 Poor

The staff was very very slow and did not care about customer service. She was rude when I tried to get a time estimate after waiting 40 mins to be called up. The other staff members appeared to be very disorganized. After 50 minutes, we decided to leave. We never got the car and took our business to another car rental place that was much much quicker.5.6 Fair

Oh my, this place is a mess... it's now called allied. I rented here before with the same experience. This time I had to cancel because they were saying my online rate wouldn't allow me to use my private vehicle full coverage.... so rented online then they wanted an additional 174$... went to NU down the street got a nicer car for same original online price. Also 2 different customers were accused of damaging their car while we were standing in line, both had taken pics and proved otherwise. It is slow, rude, disorganized, poorly ran, etc.5.2 Fair

The biggest problem is with your estimating system. The taxes and fees you gave me were 150% off. Wasted 1 hour of my trip trying to understand what happened. Your system should not use US estimates it’s way off and it makes for a lot of unhappy customersHertz

Never got the rental! Hertz claims that kayak made the reservation without checking with them and there was no cars available. Never will use kayak again, horrible experience!Cons:
