It was legit the worst flight of my life. A whole family with 3 kids was sat behind me, the baby cried until we landed, the other kids wouldn't stop kicking my seat. The parents didn't seem to care at all. But that's not all. The crew was rude, i asked one of the attendants if i could take one of the empty seats in the back because i couldn't sleep like that and he told they were broken so i couldn't. Then after a while i saw a man sleeping on those seats (using 3 of the seats in fact) so i mentioned this to the same attendant. He said it was the passenger decision (?). But when i tried to do the same earlier, he said i couldn't do that. I never had the option to choose a vegetarian meal. So i couldn't eat half the food they gave us. The usb chsrgers didn't work at all. None of them so my phone died. Two women started fighting verbally, i couldn't understand what they were saying because of the language but im pretty sure they were insulting eachother. The flight attendants were all males for some reason. Oh and when i went to the back and kindly asked for some water (i even took my bottle with me) the attendant gave me a big bottle of water and said pour it yourself. Maybe it's something about this culture (muslims) but they were all so rude and disrespectful. I will never in my life flight again with this airline or buy a flight with a layover in morocco or any muslim country. Im not racist, this is just what i went through.
Amazing flight service
It was completely better
I liked the fact that they have a classic selection of movies which kept me entertained all the trip
The airplane is old, and not very well cleaned. The entertainment had glitches the whole entire flight of 9hrs. They hold us for more than 1hr in a gate with no restrooms, poor AC and no water access. The food was horrible. It was the worst flying experience that I’ve ever had
Temperature inside was hot. They could have set it a bit lower
American airline is the worst
The aircraft was old and they need to fix their entertainment system. The announcers were barely audible.Good food, warm crew. Overall, it was okay
Our flight was delayed taking off by an hour then we sat, with the seatbelt light on, for another hour. There was not enough overhead baggage space so there was a lot of arguing and jostling people around. There was not enough leg room to sit comfortably and the seats were very narrow, even for a thin person like myself. We were served bread with cheese, a mini muffin and a child size yogurt. The only good thing about the flight was that it was short. At the airport, we had to ride a bus to the terminal upon arrival.
Great and courteous staff! Comfortable plane
All good
All good
Everything is good
I didn’t fly
First off I had to print out the health form at London and it cost 6.00 US dollars .The airline should provide this . Second the airline upon checking in said they didn’t have my suitcase that I checked in and I must go back to British Airways to find out . RAM had no idea where my bag was even though they had assured me the bag would make its way to my final destination . Third the plane was dirty, and no TVs for the long 4 hour flight. Definitely would not recommend flying RAM.
Pilots
Functionality of entertainment center is not working smoothly
Never travel royal Maroc airlines again
The was never available
Everything was dood
Good comfortable plane Crew should enforce mask wearing.
Terrible food and crew was not friendly
The crew handleding the families with small children.
TOO MANY LINES AND CHECK UPS TO GO THROUGHM. 3 HOURS FROM SCANNING THE LLUGAGE UNTIL REACHING GATES 6 CONTROLS. SWENT DIRECTLY TO BOARD THE FLIGHT. ASKED TO BE SEATED TOGETHER WITH MY WIFE AND 3 KIDS AND EACH GOT SEND AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. CREW DIDNT WANT TO HELP.
The crew was trying their best during the flight, but the boarding process was a mess. Taking away water bought at the airport from families and children at a hot gate with no AC is illogical and unacceptable. The water was bought after 3 security checks and the boarding process takes an hour during which toddlers have to stand in lines while no one else is boarding. in the meantime a RAM official is allowed to walk in the gate holding his water bottle. Someone needs to explain why people can't keep their water bought at the airport during the boarding process. Passengers can be asked to leave their waters behind once they are asked to walk into the plane not while they are waiting. Also, not only people were hot and thirsty while waiting for boarding, but they also had to sit in the middle of screaming and unhappy children crying because they are hot and thirsty. The boarding process was inhumane and needs to be organized in a much better way. It is also very ironic to ask passengers to keep their 6 feet distance while the plane is overbooked and all seats are filled. Based on my experience with RAM on my last trip, I would not recommend it to friends and people I care about.
The airplane was a 737 that had seen some time in the sky so it was showing wear. Also, no entertainment; personal or public. The crew was super nice and it was a shorter flight so that was good.
Modern plane with modern appointments and it was very clean.
Worst airline ever, very poor customer service, rude employees, dirty plane.
Very good one
It was a pleasant fly Boarding was chaotic from Paris Orly
