Pros:Nothing. Dumped Payless rental retrieval of rental car to Avis center where the lines were horrendous. Waited for more than an hour long to get a car instead of full size SUV for which I paid for. Most horrible rental car experience!Reviewed 12 Jul 2020

Pros:The Budget car rental staff and policy are the worst I have ever dealt with. Especially Kayak. HOW CAN YOU LET A DRIVER RESERVE A VEHICLE THAT YOU MUST BE 25 TO RESERVE AND THEN CANCEL FOR A FEE. WITH NO AGE VERIFICATION. Completely B.SCons:HAVE AGE VERIFICATION BEFORE RESERVING A CAR THAT REQUIRES A CERTAIN AGE TO EVEN PICK UP!!!!!Reviewed 3 Jul 2020

Pros:Car was nice, new, and clean.Cons:No one at front desk for 15-20 min when they opened. Hard to see signage at DTW. No one really there for dropoff outside too plus hard to see dropoff signage.Reviewed 31 Jan 2020

Pros:Drop off was easy, I'll give them that. But honestly, that was about it. Skip to "what could have been better for the rest of the story"Cons:Waited nearly an hour to pick the car up. One desk clerk checking in a line of people out the door. Cars weren't ready for customers, had to keep waiting for them to "find" cars from Avis (their parent company) to give to the folks in line in front of me. Car was absolutely filthy on pick up.Reviewed 4 Aug 2019
