Pros:The movie selection was excellent and the flight attendants have nice accents and smiles. The flight attendants should be given a bit more to work with in terms of actually keeping the customers happy with space for the human, food that tastes good, and lower prices for snacks and drinks.
Cons:It feels like one is on a slave ship packed in like sardines. I'm five foot four inches tall, and there was not even enough space for me! The person ahead of me was unable to push his seat back, thank goodness. Then, it costs money for any decent snack, the sour cream and onion pretzels were not doing it for me. And so expensive! I wound up paying $35 extra for food and two drinks on the seven hour flight, and then the flight attendant urged my six foot tall companion to pay extra for a seat with more legroom. And I'll be honest: getting off, when we got to the bag carousel, that was really a zoo. Three flights using same carousel at once, which was not moving. No Aer Lingus personnel around. And I thought, "Next time, I don't care if its 200 more, I'm paying for Lufthansa."
