After my plane was delayed, Hertz decided to give my reserved car away to other people as there was a large conference in town that week. Ended up costing me $500 for an Uber to get to my destination because no other company had cars either. Lady at the counter was useless and made no effort to help me.Reviewed 21 Oct 2021
