The price of the rent looked very good. However, when you arrive you learn that you have to buy insurance. The insurance packages are more expensive then the rent of the car itself. If you don't insure, they will ask >13.000 USD as deposit for a car that's not even worth that amount of money. They ask insane prices for any damage inflicted and are trying to find every little details they can. Never experienced this before. For every renter here, I advise you take pictures of everything, inside and out. Don't forget one spot because they will not. They will search your car untill they fiend anything they can use to let you pay more. Very poor service.Reviewed 23 Jul 2024

Surprisingly good, staff was very helpful when I picked up the car and was willing to advise with any questions. Returning was also easy even though at first it was bit hard to find the right parking hall enterance for europcar.Reviewed 23 Jul 2024

When I booked the car I was supposed to return it to the Europecar location in downtown Albi. That location is now closed and I had to return it at the location several miles out of town. I was unaware of this. Did I miss a message or did nobody tell me?Reviewed 21 Jul 2024

It was dirtiest car we ever had. The top of the car on the inside, which was initially white, had black patches. Seats were dirty all across, like it was a car used by construction workers. Also smelt sweat, we had to keep it open to partially get rid of suffocating sweat smell. In terms of price, we were taxed 40 usd more for a mini convertible car versus an SUV Ford Puma neat and clean, rented by our friends.Reviewed 20 Jul 2024

The price advertised is not the real price when you get there. Every where we travel we can use either our insurance policies or our credit cards insurance benefits. Here they charged us way more money because they denied to accept our insurance. We got the car anyway cause we arrived at the airport at 3:00 in the morning and we’ve been told that it’s dangerous in Ecuador to get cabs.Reviewed 19 Jul 2024
