I tried for 2 days to reserve on their site, it kept coming up with a message my bank was rejecting the transaction. Called my bank, they said no merchant was trying to debit my account. The first pickup was easy except the pickup car was not where it was supposed to be. It wasn't discovered until we went to the security location to leave the garage. We have gone to the correct space, but it turned out to be the wrong car. So we had to return the car back into Eurocar's spaces. The staff was very helpful, but we lost 15 minutes moving luggage and re-paring our phones. The big shock came when we received our full bill the next day. All the add ons that were not clearly spelled out were all there. That added about almost 50% to the final bill. I never saw so many add one in any previous car rental from any airport. We had a brand new car and a window fractured the second day into our week long trip, tried every phone number available but we were never able to reach anyone at the rental company to resolve the issue, had to drive the car with duct tape over the window the entire trip!Reviewed 21 Dec 2025

In person customer service was great. But there was an upsell to get the bigger car I needed to transport excess baggage. That was not clear from the online rental. On top of that I had to wait for the car to be delivered from another terminal and they decided to “start” my rental and hour earlier. Thus when I returned the car 24 hours later - they said I was an hour late and charged me an entire 2nd day charge of $300.Reviewed 17 Dec 2025

Rented a car that honestly never should’ve left the garage. Engine noise the entire time, like it was begging for mercy. The system wasn’t calibrated for the new tires, so warnings kept popping up. The car wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were even crumbs/food remnants in the driver’s seat. Overall: disappointing experience — far below what I expect from EuropcarReviewed 7 Dec 2025
