Cons:The car they gave us started to sputter with check engine light on within first 10 miles. Had to stop at a gas station and wait nearly an hour for them to bring us a new car. 2nd car worked without issue.Reviewed 18 Nov 2019

Cons:The car was dirty inside when I picked it up. On the first day of my rental the oil change light came on. It was also advertised as unlimited miles in 3 different places including my confirmation email. However, I was told I only had 150 miles a day when I picked it up. Would not want to deal with them again.Pros:The car was in good condition and the shuttle bus arrived pretty fast.Cons:After I made the reservation, I logged in the website to double check all the information was correct but found out the booked dates shown on their website was totally off. Called the customer services and they insisted the reservation would have no problem. Not feeling comfortable with the booking, I requested cancellation but they refused to because I booked it through the third party website, Kayak. I was left with no choice but keeping my fingers crossed. The pick up place was not in the regular car rental area by the airport which they did not specify in the email. I was already at the car rental area then realized they are actually inside a small inn so had to call them whereas the local office number was not in the confirmation email so I had to call the main office of the company then got transferred. There was a tiny working station inside Folk Inn for pickup and drop-off. The staffs were ok but did not greet customers warmly. I had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to them even I already had reservation while the prior customer were having some insurance issue, all due to that they had only one computer working. The company also requires the customer to clean the car themsleves as there is a $100 fine even if you left a piece of paper in the car when returning.
