Pros:Staff rude with poor service. Cancelled our car 5 hours after we made reservation and only an hour before our flight to where we would pick it up. Offered no help, simply said we do not have a car for you anymore. Told me “you can walk” when I asked her what does she think how will we get home whichCons:Everything!!Reviewed 20 Aug 2019

Pros:Everything, but special shout out to the staff - they were efficient and very friendly, and I though I didn't have any questions I would have felt confident going to them if I had.Cons:Nothing could have been better, I was in and out in no time with a clean, comfortable vehicle at a great price. Pros:Staff was friendly, phone customer service excellent, drop off staff excellent.Cons:I was talked into the fuel option by a staff member who gave me incorrect information about the distance to the town I was driving and how much fuel my car might use. I would have preferred if he had said "I don't know" to my questions than to give me inaccurate information.Reviewed 14 May 2019

Pros:I liked absolutely nothing--I arrived at the airport and was told there were NO cars for my reservation. Not a smaller option, more expensive option, NOTHING. It was explained to me that a representative tried to call me "but you were on your plane"....but you guys know we can't answer then, right?!Cons:Any sort of consolation for their error would have been nice. I was forced to go to another company and pay twice as much as what I had reserved with Alamo. If you don't have the cars available then DON'T TAKE THE RESERVATION.Reviewed 7 Mar 2019
