Would like classical music in the entertainment. Noise of engines drowned out quiet speech on the film I tried to watch and I had the volume on maximum
Got to go on the earlier flight I really wanted
Seats are not very comfortable. Movie was lagging all the time. Crew very nice.
The crew was outstanding. The overall experience was actually enjoyable and pleasant - a rarity for flying in the 21st century. I would choose Virgin Air for every flight if I could. The only negative was I forgot that the exit row on the sides (versus center section) would lose out on some convenience in exchange for leg room, but that was my mistake, not theirs!
I love to travel With Virgin, made to feel special even in economy seats
Nothing special , just what I expected for an internal USA flight
Easy….both ends and a smooth ride
More room in premium but if the person in front reclines then because of the bigger incline you can’t easily get out, particularly from window seats, as the armrests don’t lift for you to slide out and the reclined seat is very close to the armrest
When I checked in they had me down as two people the computer would not accept my booking even though I had proof The aircraft was freezing And the dinner was terrible my cutlery also was soiled The crew were great
Service for Handicapped at London Airport was not satisfactory. It was hard to get wheel chair for my elders .
Some more information about the Launch room Special and JFK airport needs more information and since
Food was poor in premium economy.
Very pleased with flight, cabin seat, food. Improvement would have been a lounge to relax in at the airport. Was at the airport for 6 hours before flight. Too long to just hanging around a busy airport.
Staff helpful, attentive. Good mediocre. Loading took a long time Late take off due to late passenger.
One of the flight attendants bumped into my arm every time she went up the aisle
I am disabled and this process was very stressful
Excellent flight. Slightly early arriving which was a bonus.
The flight was booked via Virgin Atlantic. Using their on-line check-in I was directed to the Republic Airways check-in who were operating the flight on behalf of Virgin. There is no trace of any way to check in on their website. I found the flight on the LeGuardia Airport information page and saw that it also had a Delta Airlines flight number so I tried to check-in via their web site - which worked. It would be much better if the eticket information had the correct details for on-line checkin.
It was a very good value for money so I really do not think there is anything to complain.
The seats are very comfortable and reclined a bit. The lighting on the red eye was pleasantly dim. The noise level was pretty good for sleeping. The staff were all quite nice. The vegetarian food was good with clever wooden utensils. Virgin Atlantic is miles above Spirit, Frontier, and that ilk. There is no nickel and diming, except for internet access.
On my flight call for seat belts was given but few passengers ignored it, were still walking around. Safety should be first for the passengers walking around if not for the sitting passengers. This is my main concern. Thank you!
They changed my seat without telling me which was annoying, but they did remedy the situation.
The aircraft A350 is brilliant and the crew were top performers. It was a very bumpy fligh but they did all they could to take great care of us all
Good hot food. The toilets needed more attention as had run out of hand towels and bins overflowing, one toilet out of service.
Preceding flight was cancelled, still wa
Flight was cancelled, still waiting on a refund.
Flight left, 2 and a half hours late,!
Flight left Birmingham an hour late, with the air France staff and crew being intensley unhelpful. I've concluded I hate frying through Paris CDG as the staff are rude and unhelpful. But also the complete lack of information incredibly frustrating
This was a connecting flight but I was given only 30 minutes to make it which was insanely stressful.
On board Virgin Atlantic flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Virgin Atlantic assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Virgin Atlantic offers direct flights to 32 cities in 16 different countries. London, New York, and Miami are the most popular cities covered by Virgin Atlantic.
Virgin Atlantic concentrates most of its flight operations in London.

You can choose between Economy, Premium and Upper Class (their version of Business Class). Premium passengers will be served a glass of champagne upon boarding, while amenity kits featuring beauty creams and aromatherapy sprays are supplied if you have a night-time flight. Enjoy a glass of wine from prominent suppliers Berry Bros & Rudd in Upper Class, along with hot and cold meals served on designer plates and cutlery. Upper Class is the only section with seats that fully recline to a flat bed.
Virgin Atlantic chooses to use exclusively Airbus and Boeing aircraft, with a fondness for wide-body planes that are capable of flying long distances. Models such as the Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 are some of the most common. A distinctive red tail emblazoned with the airline’s logo can be spotted from a distance. All of the aircraft have feminine names like Queen Of Hearts and Mamma Mia.
