Pros: This flight did not reach the standard we experienced on our flight from the US to Frankfurt. It was the same as any short hop in the US. Serviceable and tolerable for a 1.5 hour flight but nothing I would remember as above average. One of my travel mates compared it to Air Tran (a bus in the sky).

Cons: It was what it was. That's pretty much all we expect on short hops. All I want to do is get to my destination as fast and safely as possible. I don't really expect much more.

Pros: They let me run back to the gate when I forgot my jacket.

Cons: Food was horrific, we took one bit and dismissed it.

Cons: We boarded late. Crew was indifferent. Consequently 35 mins late.

Pros: Direct flight LAS-CGN is good to have

Cons: - Food quality is poor - Food quantity is severely lacking (1 warm meal at start of 11hr flight and 1 cold 'snack' (small cheese sandwich or small piece of chocolate cake) at the end of the flight. - Drinks are basically limited to 2x 1 tiny cup of soda/juice/coffee/tea with the meals and a few mini bottles of water. - Paid additional beverages/snacks/food. - in-seat entertainment requires an additional EUR 9.90. So bring your own entertainment if you agree this is overkill for Europe-US flights.

Bland, confusing, boring

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Boarding was confusing and had a lot of people including ourselves wondering what was happening- then to be hurried and rushed into the flight. Didn’t make sense at all as the flight was down as a different destination on the screen and when I asked asked staff they said to wait and that this wasn’t our plane.

Cons: I did not like that my connection in Barcelona dilly dallied and did not load the plane until 955, the time we were to LEAVE. hahaha I hated that the plane did not wait for me as I have been on plenty of airlines that have waited 5-10 mins to allow for these sort of things to be rectified. thankfully, Lufthansa and United booked me on a plane that left 5 hours later. they even bought me a 10 euro lunch. :) but the flight to Munich from IAD was great

Pros: Crew very friendly.

Cons: No service at all. Not even a glass of water without paying.

Pros: Crew was nice and efficient. Flight departed and arrived on time. Flight comfort was normal for econo airline service.

Cons: Check-in at Frankfurt airport was horrible. Contract "Acciona" ground staff at Frankfurt airport was slow, inefficient, not knowledgeable, and overly officious. The airline does not offer on-line, advance check-in from Frankfurt, which is very 1990, not 2016. Even when passengers pay for advance seat assignments, as we did, it is impossible to change seats after booking the original ticket.
