Sixt staff was difficult and unhelpful at pickup. Sixt in person staff and online staff both are extremely difficult to deal with and refuse to respect their stated cancellation policy.Reviewed 22 Sept 2022

I had to cancel but the cancelation process did not work smoothly. There was no link to cancel and nobody picked up at the number provided by Kayak. A cancellation by email did not work either. In the end I had to search through Google for a page to cancel.Reviewed 10 Aug 2022
