Charged me for scratches in the boot but didn't point them out when receiving the car when I dropped it off. No insurance offered apart from the standard that came with the rental

On the pick up it was a more mark that the front windscreen had a small mark from a stone. I could t find it my self. We drove away but when we dropped off the car they blamed me to cause it.. I informed them where the mark which is in the report. They are saying then one which is mentioned on the report you can not see.. What kind of theft is this?

Rubbish rubbish rubbish absolutely rubbish. Avis won’t talk to you when you in Sweden , treated like piece of **** ! Not happy with the service and every time they book something for you and when you get there you get something horrible! Main problem is they should behave and talk to customers nicely. sorry that I’ve booked with you

I had to cancel this reservation. However, a representative from the company called me personally to see if everything was OK. That, in my book, made everything a 10 for this survey. I have rescheduled and I am sure I’ll receive the same professional and courteous treatment.

It's impossible to change your reservation, I called numerous times and was put on endless hold... Additionally, when dropping off the car, the Avis representative was very rude and aggressive.

The staff was very very helpful! I hated that the main reason I decided to get a rental car in the first place was because I am traveling alone with multiple bags and didn’t want to struggle loading / unloading with transit. Ended up having to do that anyways because the rental pickup requires a shuttle from the airport. Also, it was extremely confusing to find and I spent about an hour looking where to go. Would prefer if you could call them and they pickup their customers in a van or something from the airport. Other than that, the customer service was AMAZING! Great car, very helpful, respectful and 100% recommend them. Just set your expectations on the airport to pickup location before arriving..

Please AVOID SIXT arlanda at all costs. Falsified damage charges now for the 2nd rental In a row! Falsified fuel charge despite returning the car completely full. To avoid the stress DO NOT HIRE

Great pickup and return experience. Everything clean, fast and with no hidden details. The cars are new and perfectly maintained. The staff is super polite, well spoken and ready to help. Because of automatic hand-off, it is important to take pictures of the whole car and hold onto them for a longer period.

It was friendly bij checkin but the car was not clean and was some happen with symptoms of the car because a storing and all of the ringen I call the rental company but the see is okay but all of this day when I start the car and driving the car rings it was not relaxing

The car was nice but it was very dirty when received and I could not see all the damage that was already on the car. I did not use the car very much at all and now Sixt is trying to blame me for damage that was already on the car. Very poor business approach and I will not use them again.

I rented a car through your site, and the rental was for 3 days, and the amount was 131 dollars and some cents. But the Avias company deducted the amount of 314.98 euros, and I think that this amount is greatly exaggerated. Please explain with my regards
