Cons:Rental car pickup at PVD is offsite, and neither Kayak nor Google tell you that. Also, the Payless pickup area was not staffed, so someone from Hertz helped me. Once I had the car, it was great. The little Kia was super-clean and comfortable.Reviewed 23 Jun 2020

Pros:The car was ready to go and easy to pick up/drop-offCons:The gas cap didn't have a release button, but it's tricky on a VW Jetta. I spent some time at 5am stressed out at the gas station, trying to open it. Thankfully, the internet answered my question.
