Pros:The staff at pickup was good and the vehicle overall was satisfactory.Cons:We were charged to replace a flat tire and were charged for an upgrade even though we didn't ask for one and got the vehicle type that we requested.Reviewed 26 Oct 2019

Cons:employees there try to rip you off any way they can via trying to upsell you insurance and other vehicles. they also take forever to check in, at least an hour. I would never reccomend this place to anyone!!Reviewed 13 Sep 2019
