Costem checking was too much 5 times just going to USA. Second thoughts traveling with KUWAIT AIRWAYS. thanks.
Only Arabic options were available in entertainment, and only 2-3options
Overall good. But the seat requires some more soft. The TV is not working for the map. Thanks for the good care by crew.
Indian food quality was very bad. They should change supplier ASAP if they want Indian customers continue. Airlines is very good cleanness & staff is excellent.
Indian food quality was very bad. Rice, Dal & Paneer was disgusting.
the bathrooms are very small and dirty
Everything was excellent, Professional flight crew very helpful. Food was good. They need upgrade Entertainment system
Comfort seat, food was good, flight crew was really Unprofessional, I kept calling them about 4-5 time with intercom they never respond. They really need to upgrade there movie selection. In Kuwait security check was worse very unprofessional. After I passed metal detector everything was clear, still they took there sweet time and and search me from top to bottom.
The overall experience is excellent
Air bus was nice, prompt and speedy service. Comfort in the flight. Being a vegetarian food was so so.
Serving food should improve atleast to the level of kwi/cok flight
The food from JFK to kwi should improve atleast to the level of kwi/cok.
Thank you KuwaitAirways
Crew was not friendly!
Crew was inattentive and not pleasant!
The boarding was supposed to happen at 820 however we did not get on the transport until 850. We did not receive announcements of a delay and multiple people inquired. When I inquired the agent just said sit down we will call. There should have been announced delays to put the oassengers at ease. That’s just general customer service
I wasn’t expecting much from Kuwait Airways, and yet I was still disappointed. Check in at Terminal 4 was easy, but maybe because it was an early flight with no lines. Flight crew were rude and unhelpful. Maybe they were grumpy because they didn’t get enough sleep. Maybe your experience will be better. I chose to fly Kuwait Airways due to a last minute travel need, and this cobranded itinerary fit my schedule and pocketbook.
The airplane was too small to fly 6 hours
Overall very good experience, clean and spacious flights. Travelled between NY-IND and overall enjoyed. I wish better vegetarian food variety and snacks.
The staff were excellent and the flight was very comfortable. Only wish that there were more English movies to choose from during the long flight to the US!
Enough leg space too travel for long periods. Food wasn’t too bad. Wish they provided more snacks as many ppl got hungry before lunch was served and the snacks ran out.
No good food options. The baggage at Chennai airport came at the end after all the economy bags were sent out instead of priority bags (business class) being sent out first. Had to wait over an hour for my bags to come. In general a poor experience with this airline.
The crew was amazing and helpful. This was my first flight with Kuwait Airlines since 1998, they exceeded my expectations, Definitely fly with them again.
Nice trip back home
flight delay for more than 3 hours !!!!
Check in was really bad, kuwait airways luggage allowance should be better, especially for infants, and hand luggage! Infants have a lot of luggage, diapers, extra clothes, formula... etc, and all they allow is 1 infant bag of 10 kg! Ridiculous!
What could have been better is the internet connection, because it didn't work.
On board Kuwait Airways flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 115cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Kuwait Airways assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
