My contract stated my drop off would be March 26 at 6:30 PM. I arrived 2 days early and paid $151 extra for the early rental, specifically asking twice if that was all the cost. A couple days later I sat down to read my Hertz contract and it said the drop off now was changed to March 25 at 2:30 PM. After waiting on hold for a half hour I reached a live person and telling her the issue she actually laughed and said.. no, you need to drop it off on the 25th. I told her my original contract states the 26th but that didn’t matter so I had to pay extra. They emailed me a new receipt and they had changed the drop off to 2:30 not 6:30! I called again and waited and waited. After over 45 minutes I gave up and just extended it AGAIN! I paid in good faith for a rental through March. 26 at 6:30 but instead never got what was agreed upon. Horrible customer service, Horrible experience.

After doing the paperwork at the indoor counter, I was told to go outside to the pickup area and told to take any SUV in a specific area. There was no one out there to assist me. I had to take the time to read the Nissan Rogue manual to understand how to use the various options especially the GPS mapping and after connecting my cell phone be Bluetooth, I could not get the mapping to display. I had to drive to my location holding my cell phone to view the map. It was the next day that I found out that I needed a cable connection to view the mapping. I am very disappointed with that type of SUV and will never buy one nor will I use Hertz again. At my return drop off there was no one there to scan the SUV back in. I did as others and left the SUV in the line with the FOB to get into the airport terminal on time. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE !

Checking in was bad. Agent said I needed $67 toll package and gas refill was cheaper with budget. Both incorrect!! Only had a $2 toll and gas was $.30 cheaper outside of airport. Car was dirty inside and out! At drop off Manager was wonderful and gave me a refund for above costs!

Everything was great at the pick up the vehicle itself when I dropped off I left the key in the dropbox at the initial pick up. They told me the Customer Service outfront will give you a ride back. They didn’t tell me they were gonna charge me $15 for 3 mile ride they never said anything about that. The lady out front told me they (easirent)rent always tells his customers it’s free, EASIRENT should have someone there to bring their customers back to the airport

Everything went great… when we got to shuttle pick up area at airport the shuttle literally pulled right up. When we got to the rental facility there was no wait.. we upgraded to a convertible and got a great deal.. return was also so quick and easy.. there was no issue with deposit or return of deposit.. it was supposed to be a 250 hold and then returned back when car was returned but I didn’t even see the charge on my credit card.. Tra helped us and was amazing!!

Jeff at RSW was fantastic, but we were billed for a late return that was comically incorrect. I chatted with a customer service rep and they corrected the bill. Keep a close eye on charges!

One hour wait time to pick up vehicle - unable to use online check in as cars were extremely oversold. Was directed to an area with no available cars only to wait longer to get more assistance. We had to change our drop off due to Hurricane Milton and cancelled flights. I called customer service to advise and they said there would be no charge because we were being impacted by the hurricane. They charged. They doubled the agreed upon rate. DOUBLED. Liars. Predatory behavior.

the car was ok, but there was wear and tear damage that i did not want to be blamed for nor charged for, so there was extra time needed for check out. on return, there was no one greeting the cars and only after waiting for about 10 minutes did I see a sign saying one should note the mileage and fuel, but there was no quick/easy way to find the odometer setting on the car, and how would I note the mileage without a pen if I did find the setting?

I was very satisfied overall, we thought the pick up process could have/should have been quicker. Especially since we had done the online check in, we still had to wait in line for 30 minutes. The car seats that we rented were very low quality and the infant seat was missing an anchor strap that I had to improvise to install it safely in the car. The vehicle was clean and new, very nice. Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and parked walked away. I would recommend Thrifty and we’ll likely use them again.

Pickup lines at RSW are 1 to 1.5 hours; minivan itself had very loud passenger door squeak when opening/closing (like it previously had cheap bodywork). Return at RSW was so full I had to leave minivan in a parked "traffic jam" just outside the rental garage, because nobody was moving the cars forwards or directing us to alternate area.

The SUV we got was dirty and had big dent in the hood. I took pictures at pick up to make sure I had these damages documented. The inside was not clean- my 2 year old got In and while I was putting the baby in the car he found someone’s used chap stick and started putting it on his lips. I was not impressed. If I wasn’t traveling with my 4 kids (3 of them 4 and under) I would have went back into the office to ask for a different vehicle.

Wanted to extend rental for 3 days. Called Payless # on receipt pamphlet. I was told it was Budget line and they did not handle Payless. When I questioned the pamphlet # I was told " must be a misprint. I then went to Ft Myers desk at airport and told me I had to "return car and re-rent" costing me 4x the amount $. The lady said I could drop off my car at Orlando Sanford airport then when I called to tell them what lot they said I had to drive it to their lot which is 30 mins away from the airport and the charged me $310 to pick it up with their tow truck
