CHECK CLOSING TIME! We booked the car for a 2pm pick-up, and this Enterprise closed at 2pm so I'm not sure why that was even an option. I was Ubering from Provo to get this Enterprise with 5 kids in tow. We arrived a few minutes late, and there was nobody there. Which meant we were stranded, and needed to get back to Boise that day. Ended up having to dish out more than $500 to get a car and get back to Boise. Yes, we should have been on time to our pick-up, unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow it. But again, I'm not sure why they would allow us to set a 2pm pick-up if they were closing at 2pm. Maybe this is a KAYAK problem.Reviewed 5 Jan 2026

Staff were friendly. Car was great. Good value. Easy pickup and drop off. The only thing we had difficulty with was trying to see if we could change drop-off locations. We could not get in touch with anyone directly, other than a calling service who only was able to leave a message. We never did hear back on that, but it all worked out anyway.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024

Pros:Car was clean but damagedCons:Staff was awful, both at pick up and drop off. I will never use Enterprise again and am already advising my friends and family of the terrible experience I had. At pickup, I was charged $206 more than what my reservation was for. The agent could not figure out why, and then suggested that it was because my drop off location was different, which it was not, Pick up and drop off were at SLC airport. I called Enterprise and it was confirmed that there was nothing in my reservation that had ever indicated drop off at a different location, and I was advised to call on a Monday to get it resolved. When I dropped the car off, it was over a $200 difference again. This time, the agent was trying to tell me that taxes for 1 extra day was over $100. I showed her my original reservation which showed $86/day and a total of $48 for 3 days of taxes. 3 days of taxes at $48 is $16/day, and she could not tell my why the taxes would be $140 for 1 extra day. Complete incompetence. I asked for a manager and she finally took this phantom charge off my bill. So what is the deal Enterprise? You tried to screw me coming and going. Is this how your employees are trained? Do you think most people are just going to shrug it off because they are at an airport and really have no other choice? Cons:I got a rental with crumbs in the cup holder, a face mask between the seat and console, 3 gallons of gas, and a tire with low pressure. I filled the tire with air when I got gas. Later on my trip the tire went flat, had to get road side assistance. Was told I could swap out my car since it was on the donut but apparently I had to do the work myself to find a location that had an available car to do that. There were none available. Eventually an Enterprise associate told me I could take it to Firestone. So I had to waste my time getting their car fixed.Reviewed 3 Apr 2021
