Very nice agent, Carrie. There was an issue with the gasoline option which we didn’t know until drop-off in Holyoke and the agent there fixed it immediately.Reviewed 16 Oct 2025

Had a great experience- pick up and drop off were quick and easy, everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, and the car was the right price. I ended up needing the car for a little longer and it was super easy to extend my time.Reviewed 29 Sept 2024
