Cons:Found old groceries in the van... which is not the vehicle we rented. Stood with my family for 45 minutes waiting for them to find something and they brought out a van and said this or wait. Not sure how it was cleaned when there was a bag of food under the seat. Oh well. Won’t do it again.Reviewed 6 Jan 2021

Pros:The staff at New Orleans was extremely helpful and made the process of picking up the vehicle very easy.Cons:The vehicle was a new large suv that did not have any of the current safety systems and it did not have the XM radio turned on? For that rental price I would have thought that they would have included those items? Maybe next time?Reviewed 5 Jan 2021

Pros:Went to confirmed pickup location...location was closed and no notification at site. Went to another location and was so poorly organized with pickup and return.Cons:Web site should have said original pickup location had been closed.Reviewed 2 Dec 2020

Pros:Pick up and drop off were easy.Cons:I got an economy car and it was definitely economy. There were stains on the fabric seats and I couldn't figure out how to hook up my phone to the bluetooth. It might have been an extra cost. But the car rental was inexpensive and it was easy-in and easy-out. This is probably more of a problem for the airport, but I had a friend drop me off and we drove into the parking garage. There is not good signage about visitor parking.Reviewed 16 Feb 2020

Pros:Drop off was super easy, and staff were friendly. We also got a free upgrade, so that was nice.Cons:Pick up was so difficult! We weren’t coming from the airport so we had to Lyft to the office. But there’s no easy way to get there unless you’re coming from the airport. So we had to walk, in the heat & humidity, with my friend being 7 months pregnant, to find it, it was not great.Reviewed 27 May 2019
