Pros:The people in Fairbanks were wonderful! The car we rented was not at the airport, so we asked the airport Enterprise if there was a shuttle. The young man at the airport went above and beyond. He called the other station and had someone come pick us up. He then came out and checked on us twice to see if we had been picked up. Then Jesse picked us up and was very friendly. There were a shortage of cars so he gave us an upgrade for free. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant and accommodating. The young lady in Anchorage when we turned in the car at the airport was also very cheerful and kind.Cons:We really had a great experience. Nothing negative to say at all.Reviewed 26 May 2021
