Pros:Nothing.Cons:Went to pick up the car to find out there were no cars available. Spent over $40 in Lyft just to end up careless for a 5day trip we planned months ago. Complete waste of time. The staff was rude and didn’t care.Reviewed 19 May 2021

Pros:The process was very quick and easy!Cons:Someone had smoked in it previously and I was not made aware. There were attempts to cover it up, but it still just smelled like cigarettes and air freshener. It was pretty bad.Reviewed 29 Dec 2019

Pros:The car was nice, the clerk was friendly.Cons:Scheduled online. When I arrived, there were no cars available, and I had to wait approximately an hour for a car. The car was clean on the outside, but the inside had some spills that weren't wiped up and smelled like marijuana. very disappointed in customer serviceCons:I have reserved a large car, supposed to be a Toyota Camry or similar. My pick up time for car was 12 noon. Driver who picked my up to get the car arrived late to my home. When we arrived at the Enterprises office, they DID NOT have a large car for me to pickup. They offered me two smaller vehicles and claimed they were large. They logged into their system indicating I picked my car up at 1PM. That was a lie. I waited in their lobby for a vehicle until 4:30 PM. It was ridiculous. I will never rent from the Water Street Enterprise location again. Seven other customers arrived to find the cars they reserved were not there either, while I was in the lobby.Reviewed 12 Oct 2018

Never again with EnterprisePros:not a single thingCons:Two times in one week I tried to rent a car from Enterprise both times they had nothing in stock. I would get if you come back at 4pm we might have something for you.
