Service is great, the takeoff and landing were subtle.
Plane seemed really old and very cramped. There was a fight between two passengers and a smoke detector went off. Crew was lovely. Food was edible, but not great.
Egypt air needs to improve its crew; they're not polite.
I liked how nice the crew were. The seat could be better and more comfortable. The movies could be newer. The entertainment movies were all old
Not the beat of the airlines
Wouldn’t prefer this airline unless there’s a huge price difference.
Like the staff. Food was ok. Entertainment was old and many monitors did not work.
Delayed and zero communication
Egypt air is the best
The best airline in the world
Leg room is awful plus no WiFi onboard and entertainment screen had no variety and didnt work properly, very old and outdated
Very little food and drink The flight attendant's response is far away
Nothing! It was on Egypt Air, might as well pay my money on garbage.
Good in general
Foods have to improve
Late arrival, no earphones, poor food
Boarding was not quick
Excellent
The service is a bit impersonal. That doesn’t bother me but may bother some. Not rude, just a real “we don’t care that you’re here”
The plane was so hot that I was sweating throughout the entire flight. As a result the liquid provided was not enough and remainder thirsty thru the entire flight. The meals were nice. If anything you provided to much food.
Everything was ok but toilets needs attention
The airport hotel provided rest hours and good dinner.
Bad service from the outside office that I couldn’t reach to resolve the schedule issue. They never reply email or calls for days. But they finally resolve at the day we fly home inside the airport.

The crew was so so rude Except one person his name is khaled
Flew business class with Egypt Air. Didn't feel much of a business class experience aside from the fact that you can flatten your seat. The food was just okay-too salty overall, seat wasn't comfortable when put into bed position.
Staff is amazing every thing is ok Just the aircraft is not old
Staff were very nice and professional. 🙏. International/domestic recheck was very confusing
Everything was good

Commencing services in 1933, EgyptAir is the oldest airline in the Middle East. It operates out of a hub in Cairo, with flights reaching Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and North America. It is recognized as the national flag carrier of Egypt and is wholly owned by the government. Routes are available to more than 45 countries with some of the most frequented including Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates.
EgyptAir is a member of Star Alliance, offering a wide-reaching network of connected services through partnerships with United Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Air Canada and Air China, among others. It also holds codeshare agreements with additional carriers, such as Etihad Airways and Gulf Air, to increase the amounts of flights offered within the Middle East. A number of subsidiaries are aligned with the airline, including Air Cairo, Air Sinai and EgyptAir Express.
The fleet is made up of Boeing and Airbus planes, with a preference for narrow-body, short-distance jets. Models like the Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A320 are commonly flown. A falcon head features on the tail of the aircraft, which is a tribute to Egyptian mythology figure Horus. Many planes in the fleet have special decorations celebrating things such as the Egyptian National Football Team, Africa Cup of Nations tournament and 85 years of EgyptAir service.
Customers can choose between Economy and Business Class. In the Business section passengers are provided with an amenity kit that has socks, eyeshades and headphones. During evening flights, the lights are dimmed and a star pattern is projected onto the roof of the cabin.
