Pros:Scheduled day for pickup all locations were closed in Central Florida. We went to a couple of them and tried others by phone and contacting Dollar several times. We ended up renting from Enterprise at last minute from airport just as another family did that was truing to pick up their rental at the closed locations. Not sure what another lady did that was also trying to pick up her rental from a closed location.Cons:Not to have scheduled pick up of rentals on July 4th when all Dollar locations in Central Florida were closed with no employees in site. What a mess it was for us and a couple other families trying to pick up their non existent rentals. We ended up paying hundreds more for an Enterprise mini van rental but at least they were open at the Orlando airport.Reviewed 15 Jul 2020
