Pros:Staff was very helpful especially since Kayak allowed me to book a pick-up time that was the same at their closing time on Christmas eve! Insane. I was on-time but the door was just locked. The staff saw me and was nice enough to open the door and get me the car. Because these are reservations, not paid-for bookings they easily close a few minutes early if there are no customers, especially on holidays like Christmas eve.
