Honda Civic is a fuel efficient car.Cons:
Manager ignored my objection that outside of car and windows were smeared and dirty upon delivery. The car was sandy and filthy inside, including old fried potatoes, empty bottle, and drink stir sticks. It’s hard to believe anyone at all tried to clean the car before it was delivered to me for my family’s Christmas vacation! When I asked for a refund, Enterprise Corporate offered a 30% credit only and blamed their cleaning vendor instead of addressing their manager’s failure and disrespect for their Customers.Avis

Pros:
Nice cars, good price and great location in the heart of tourist area of Waikiki.Cons:
They were not prepared for the customers even though everybody had prior reservations. We waited on the location about 3 hours for a car to be available for us. Poor handling of staff, it was a great mess for dozens of customers.Thrifty
