Pros:Not much. HORRIBLE airline. Would never fly you again.
Cons:Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.

Pros:No food or beverage service unless you order and pay for it in advance. Bags weighing more than 8 Kg have to be checked and there's a fee for that too. Still, the price is good and the airline seems to be well run.

Pros:We arrived to our destination on time.
Cons:From the check-in counter to the flight attendants every person we encountered from Czech Airlines was extremely rude. Confusion about baggage weight was not explained. Staff at the boarding terminal were very unorganized. Flight attendants were treating boarding customers like children, telling them to wait a minute so they could investigate every carry on item. Leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall is extremely tight. Czech Airlines needs to improve their customer service to ensure repeat customers. I will not book with Czech Airlines again after my experience.

Overview of Czech Airlines

Headquartered and based in the Czech Republic, this airline offers a large selection of flights to countries all over the world, including in Europe, Asia, and North America. If you are interested in going to Europe, you can choose from destinations such as Denmark, France, and Germany, while if you would rather go to Asia, places like Indonesia and South Korea are popular options.

When flying Czech Airlines, you can choose from two different travel classes: Economy and Business. Economy comes with standard benefits like light snacks, refreshments, and access to the airline’s entertainment system. If you opt for Business instead, you will have access to larger seats that contain more legroom in addition to free alcoholic beverages and priority boarding.

In order to expand and diversify its different flight paths, Czech Airlines has created codeshare agreements with various other companies, including Air Europa, China Airlines, Middle East Airlines, and Vueling.

This company has a fleet of over 15 planes, with most of them being either Boeing, Airbus, or ATR. For medium-range flights, the company generally uses the Airbus A319-100, a choice that can fit up to 140 passengers and is known for being spacious. For short flights, such as domestic voyages, the ATR 72-500 is generally employed instead, as it can fit up to just 70 passengers but still has a comfortable 2-seat configuration. During long-haul trips, the Airbus A330-300 is the most convenient, as it is the largest aircraft, can fit up to 276 passengers, and has an impressive fuel capacity that allows for long-distance travel.
