Pros:
The staff at check in was excellent; helpful lady on duty with a couple of queries beyond the car rental business. Also at drop off, they gave us a lift to the train station (unusual for travellers) and ensure there was a train scheduled before he left.Cons:

Waiting for me even after multiple airline delays. The staff at Comiso office were great. They were there waiting for me. Very friendly and professional.5.2 Fair

Staff meet you at arrivals.Cons:
Cars not at airport. Not obvious from pre-arrival documentation. Long wait for transfer to pickup. Long wait/queue at pickup location. Queue outdoors. 35 degrees temperature. Transfer bus not large enough to transfer everyone. Children required to sit on parents knees. Charged for some sand on floor. Contract doesn't cover this. Contract states reasonably clean. Photocopied page produced with some notes indicating there may be a charge for sand. Most people travelling to Sicily go to the beach. Felt cheated.4.0 Mediocre
