It took probably less than 5 minutes to pick up the car. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The car was a Chevy Impala which was nice, I was hoping for something different since I had rented a Premium class, but they only had one Premium on the lot. The car was comfortable and roomy enough and I was very pleased to get 32mpg on my trip.Cons:
