Pros: The price, newer vehicle. Loved the location. Very convenient for us.
Cons: That I couldn't rent more days with the same rate.

Cons: We had a confirmation in Fort Wayne IN for a 9:30 p.m. arrival. Plane was late, arrived at approximately 10:00. Got to desk and desk person had went home at 10:00 even though he had a customer coming. So no car!
Thanks to Enterprise, they were able to accommodate us. Will go there next time.

Pros: Good price and pick of three vehicles. It worked out great for us. Just drop off the keys and go.
Cons: Vehicle didn't have speed control. Oil should have been changed months ago!

Dollar Rental Good / Kayak Bad
Pros: Dollar Rental was good..accommodating and pleasant. They upgraded me for free.
Cons: Kayak said I would have a car that seats 5 adults and could carry 2+ bags. The car I rented was an economy and could only fit 2 adults and 1 bag. I will rent at Dollar. I will not use Kayak.

I paid and put a deposit down for the rental.
Cons: When I got there they refused to let me take the car I rented... I drove an hour and half to pick it up twice and then when I asked them to refund me they said they couldn't do that... VERY UNHAPPY! Will never use their service again. Still out the money I paid for the rental.
Pros: Unlimited miles, clean car, easy/quick pickup and drop off

Cons: There was nothing on the website about not accepting a debit card without a return flight itinerary. I ended up not using Alamo, because they also racked up the charges to four times what I had been told originally too. Please make your costs and rules more clear ahead of time.

Pros: I like the car.Chavrolet cruze been in good condition.
Cons: When I give her away been in excellent condition 2016 .
Pros: The people were quite friendly and eager to please. They had some technical issues with computer not printing out an invoice, but another representative jumped in to get my transaction finalized. He called me by name and thanked me for my patience. Good customer service.
Cons: I had to tell them the mileage and showed them a picture of the gas tank being filled up. I don't normally fly anywhere (hence the rental car) but returned it at the airport. Finding where to turn it in was a little unclear and I had to stand in line with people renting out a car. Should have just been able to drop off and go without waiting.

Drop off is a huge pain/employees are deadbeats.
Pros: basically, you drop off your car and have to haul all your stuff to the baggage claim.
Cons: there was an employee WATCHING me struggle under the weight of far too many bags and he didn't lift a finger. also, there was a luggage cart, but the employees were just being lazy lounging inside. i was the only customer and they couldn't be bothered to help? shameful.
