Pros: Pickup and return were easy and efficient in the baggage claim area. I was upgraded to a larger car and got a Toyota Camry. The comfort and fuel efficiency of the car were very impressive. Overall the rental was very satisfactory.
Cons: The Billings airport could use a few more signs for rental return.

Cons: They did not have the car we asked for. They service counter was not knowledgeable. we were forced to take a smaller car and swap it out later for a bigger car. they charged us more than quoted.They tried to make us pay for the reservation before the car was rented. i will not rent Alamo again.

Cons: i couldn't get a large car at a decent rate and the girl at the desk was rude. I didn't rent from you and went elsewhere. The girl said that since i had booked through pricline that she couldn't refund my money.

Pros: I am not accustomed to the newer cars, so I did not know how to use a keyless system. Also, I did not know how to find the cigarette lighter to plug the GPS in. Finally, I had to call Enterprise to find out how to open the gas tank lid--you simply push it in. Although I know the employees are busy with other customers, I wish they would come out and show the customer everything. My agent came out the second time I asked for help, because there was no one waiting in line. He showed me how to do everything I asked.
The car was great, and the agent was very nice and helpful. The price was unbelievably cheap. I will recommend Enterprise again.

They Prefer Credit over Debit
Pros: The Enterprise place I went to had friendly and extremely patient and accommodating staff! I did have to pay extra to upgrade my car (the one I bought was not available) because I got a deal from KAYAK (I loved the deal! Thank you, KAYAK! :) ). The car itself was comfortable and durable.
Cons: I wish I knew about how paying with a debit card worked! The poor salesperson had to wait for me to come up with two reoccurring bills with a proof of address! (As a on-campus university student, that is not easy to do.) There was also a $50 deposit that I wish I knew about, too.
Pros: Pickup and dropoff were easy and convenient. Initial SUV was too small and we had to upgrade. The price was reasonable and the process was quick. The car was clean and comfortable and reliable.
Cons: The counter agent was less than friendly.

Pros: Loved the car and he convenience of being able to rent a car on line. The Ford SUV was clean and drove well. Gas mileage was ok. The car was easy to park, drove like a dream and had satellite radio. Plenty of storage and room for 4 people. The car experience was excellent.
Cons: I first called the airport for a car. They quoted me 60.00 more than the price on Kayak so I went with Kayak. I bought the extra insurance online since my insurance does not cover the days off if the car is not able to use. When I got to the desk she denied I had elected the insurance and I had to buy the Hertz insurance from them 3 times the price of the online insurance,. I also had to request the whole coverage it was not offered. I know many people choose not to take insurance but for me it is very important, I ended up paying more for the insurance than I did for the car rental. After this I would shop other car rentals since this experience.

Cons: The greasy wipe they used left residue on the surfaces. Yuck.
Cons: I rented an intermediate-sized car, and it didn't come with cruise. I can understand a compact or economy not having cruise, but an intermediate should. Also, the car was a bit run down with over 30K miles, hail damage, AND dinner other body dings.

Excellent service in Billings
Pros: I arrived in Billings in a full on snowstorm. I appreciated the young woman recommending I upgrade to an SUV. She had smart tips on dealing with all the snow and tough driving conditions.

Cons: No one at counter when we arrived. Our flight arrived late and they left. 1am and no car. Lucky Hertz was open. Guess who I will use from now on.

Cons: It was uncomfortable to not have someone check the car back in at the airport, had to just park it and leave, and no one at the counter. Damage could have occurred in the parking lot after I left, and I could have been held responsible.

Pros: The customer service on both ends was good.
Cons: When someone is renting a one day, one way rental, 750 miles, in the mountain states, dead of winter, please don't give them the worst car you have, just because you don't want to loose a good local rental car! My 400 dollars for 24 hours should go a little further than that. That is straight up bad business and greed!

Pros: New van...great shape!
Cons: The rate I received on the internet did not match what was in the computer at the desk...lucky for me I had a copy of the confirmation with the price and was able to show the attendant.
The lady right in front of me had the same issue but did not have a copy of the confirmation...leads me to believe there is an IT issue that needs to be resolved.
Cons: Advertised at airport, but it was off location.
Had to pay an additional $30 to leave the car in long term parking since the office was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) after being told they should have been open! Labor Day!
Totally false and the manager would not work with us on it whatsoever even though kayak said they would be open!
