Adelaide Airport is located quite centrally and is only a 20-minute drive from Adelaide’s center. Reach your hotel or next destination hassle-free by picking up a hire car directly at one of the on-site hire agencies, including Thrifty, Enterprise, and Europcar. The car hire center is located in the ground floor, next to the Baggage Claim area, and cars should be returned with a full tank to the multi-level parking garage.

Hired a Suzuki swift. The fuel economy was fantastic. The suspension/ tyres were harsh for a car with only 11,000 ks on it. Other than that it’s a great little car.
Staff were friendly, vehicle was in great condition, seamless pick up and delivery. The only issue was there was a bit of a queue to pick the car up, only one staff member working, but staff were apologetic and very nice about the delay.

Booked car hire, received confirmation via email. At time of collection received another email stating our booking was cancelled. Claimed to be located at Adelaide Airport, is in fact 10mins drive from airport. Customer service nonexistent.
The whole process is fantastic and easy. Car was super comfy and clean. Perfect for my needs with family visiting. Will definitely be using Alamo again in the future
retty poor for an airport rental company. Should have read reviews first as I wouldn’t have booked with them if I had. Arrived at Adelaide airport and called for the shuttle bus and was told that the last one had left, they were about to close and I wouldn’t be able to collect the car until the next day!? WTF Nowhere during the booking process did I see that you need to be at the shuttle LATEST 5:30pm If that happens go to, I suggest going to the Budget rentals office at the airport. They had the best price and vehicles compared to Avis and Hertz (who wanted $500+$100 bond for 3 days small car rental) 😳
The car was not similar to the one we asked to. The cat was very duty inside. The battery wasn’t charged. There was no information I. The car in how to use it and the staff weren’t able to give us much information other then how to start it. It was. It worth the money.

I booked and paid for an Audi Q5 and was given a RAV4 after payment. Appears problem is with Expedia. As kayak booking says Q5. Europcar say they had no record of the Q5 and instead allocated a RAV4. Even the Europcar attendant thought it was a very expensive price for a RAV4.
Hire amount has been booked of twice after the car has been given back and finale invoice has been received. There have been no issues reported from hertz to me after drop off inspection. The customer service said only I have to be patient but did not explain why this happens.
