SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE: I rented a car in Austria and returned it today on time. Now I just discovered that budget are trying to charge me €3144.79 what is this amount for? The car has not even a small scratch on it. I am now struggling with emails and they are not replying. So I paid the rental amount. The deposit of 569 euro is still stuck. Pros: My pickup and drop off where in different locations which is really appreciated since very few rental companies allow that. Other than that car was ok and had no technical issues. I also got a very detailed report right after the return which was really helpful. Cons: rental was expensive compared to previous rentals and pickup at Memmingen airport was a bit slow.Reviewed 27 Aug 2022
