When we got to the pick up location to get the car they had very limited stock. We reserved and paid for a small SUV, and all the could give us was a small compact car. I would like to be reimbursed for the difference from an suv to a compactReviewed 19 May 2026

I tried to join Budget's "Fastbreak" for a quicker, more convenient pick up and Budget's website only crashed repeatedly. Their website is beyond useless.Reviewed 23 Apr 2026

The A/C was broken and the "check engine light" came on while driving to the hotel. We called Budget and they said my husband could return the car even though it was in my name. When he got back to the airport, they would not exchange it without me. So he had to drive all the way back to the hotel in the broken down car to get me! They should look at the cars before they release them and their internal communication should be consistent! Easy things for them to correct and prevent extensive hassle for customers like us!Reviewed 29 Mar 2026
