It was a very confusing situation. Very disorganized - you people rent cars that you don’t have available. You have no problem taking peoples money though.Reviewed 26 Apr 2026

I left my suit coat in the back seat. I filed a lost-and-found claim, but they said they didn't find the suit coat. Someone obviously stole it out of the car when I returned it.Reviewed 6 Sept 2025

I searched for airport car rentals and didn't see that you gave me a car far from the airport until I arrived at the airport to pick up the car. They told me I could cancel and book from a different agency which I did, and then I got charged a $50 No-Show fee from BudgetReviewed 30 Mar 2025

Everything ok. Except the front windshield it was pretty nasty and was hard to see when the sun was infront of you when you’re driving and at nights with headlights. But overall it was good.Reviewed 8 Oct 2023

The rental agency was supposed to stay open until 11pm. I arrived at the counter at 10:45pm and the shop was already shut down. Thanks for nothing, Budget!Reviewed 13 Oct 2022
